Have you been set up with Paubox but you do not see the encrypted footer at the bottom of your email? Here's a few cases where you would not be able to see the footer and why.
You are not able to see the footer on the bottom of emails in your sent folder.
Emails in your sent folder will not have the footer attached. This is because the footer is only attached in transit to show the recipient that the email was encrypted all the way to their inbox.
The only way that footers are visible in your sent folder is if it is a part of the conversation string. For example, if you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, their reply to you will have the footer at the bottom of the email body. When you reply again to their email and check your sent folder, you will see a total of 2 footers on the latest email sent. One was attached when email@example.com received your email and the other was attached when you received the reply from firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are not able to see the footer when you send an email from one Paubox email address to another.
Emails sent from one email address on your domain to another is considered an internal email. Paubox does not attach the footer to internal emails since it is assumed that the recipient knows it will be encrypted.
