As part of your HIPAA compliant email account with Paubox, you have the ability to manage how incoming emails are marked via the Pauspam Admin Panel. If you have access to the Pauspam Admin Panel. Then you can manage your incoming emails. You can mark emails as SPAM (blacklisting), or unmark emails that are falsely mark as SPAM (whitelisting).
The initial password that was assign to you can be changed. To change the password for your Pauspam Admin Account, do the following:
- Login into your Pauspam Admin Panel with your login ID and password.
- Hover your mouse over Administration and click on Change Password
- On the next page fill out the required fields: Current Password, New Password, New Password (again). Then hit on Change Password and you are done.
