When you receive an incoming email that is wrongly marked as SPAM. You can either release and whitelist it using your Pauspam Admin panel, or have one of our CSMs (customer success managers) do it for you.
Should the email contain email addresses in the CC'd field, then when the email is release and whitelist, only the original sender receives the emails and not the recipients in the CC'd field.
The reason for this is because Paubox's spam filtering rules only reference the sender's email, anyone in the CC list is ignored by the rules. Paubox's servers do not handle any of the relaying for the CC addresses, this functionality is handled by the sender's email provider.
